Candidates must complete One-Time Registration, use a unique mobile number and email address, and apply for only one eligible division in one postal circle.

Application process

1. Complete fresh One-Time Registration using a valid mobile number and email ID. 2. Log in with the registration number and password. 3. Enter personal and Class 10 educational details. 4. Select the eligible postal circle and division. 5. Select BPM, ABPM or Dak Sevak preferences where available. 6. Upload photograph and signature. 7. Pay the applicable fee, if required. 8. Preview and submit the application. 9. Save or print the final submitted form.

Selection process

Merit list prepared using Class 10 marks/grades/points; no written examination is specified for GDS engagement.

Application fee

₹100 for applicable candidates. Female candidates, transgender women, SC/ST candidates and PwBD candidates are exempt, subject to official notification rules.
